2026 NFL Draft Pre-Combine Big Board

The NFL Combine starts Thursday in Indianapolis, and this is the last snapshot of the DynastySignal board before measurables start reshaping the conversation. 138 prospects scouted on film by dual independent evaluators, with age adjustments applied — younger underclassmen get a bump, older seniors and grad transfers take a slight hit. No combine data. No pro day numbers. Film and age profile only.

The composite score combines film grade with age adjustment. Juniors declaring early get rewarded. Fifth-year seniors get a small dock. The range is modest — +2 to -1 — but in a class this tightly packed, half a point moves picks.

Here's where the class stands heading into the week that changes everything.

THE ELITE (90.0+)

4 prospects have separated from the field.

Caleb Downs (S, Ohio State, 95.5) — Film: 94.0 | Age: +1.5 (Junior)

Fernando Mendoza (QB, Indiana, 92.0) — Film: 91.0 | Age: +1 (RS Junior)

Francis Mauigoa (OT, Miami (FL), 91.5) — Film: 90.0 | Age: +1.5 (Junior)

Jeremiyah Love (RB, Notre Dame, 90.0) — Film: 88.5 | Age: +1.5 (Junior)

Downs was already the best player in this class. The junior bump only widens the gap — 95.5 is the highest composite on the board by 3.5 points. Mendoza and Mauigoa hold firm as top-3 locks. Love's 88.5 film grade plus the junior premium pushes him to 90.0 and into the elite tier — a true three-down back entering the draft at peak age.

FIRST-ROUND LOCKS (85.0–89.9)

10 prospects sit in this tier — all with legitimate first-round arguments.

Carnell Tate (WR, Ohio State, 89.0) — Film: 87.5 | Age: +1.5 (Junior)

David Bailey (EDGE, Texas Tech, 88.0) — Film: 88.0 | Age: 0 (Senior)

Rueben Bain Jr. (EDGE, Miami (FL), 86.5) — Film: 85.0 | Age: +1.5 (Junior)

Spencer Fano (OT, Utah, 86.5) — Film: 85.0 | Age: +1.5 (Junior)

Anthony Hill Jr. (LB, Texas, 86.5) — Film: 85.0 | Age: +1.5 (Junior)

Sonny Styles (LB, Ohio State, 86.0) — Film: 86.0 | Age: 0 (Senior)

Jermod McCoy (CB, Tennessee, 86.0) — Film: 84.5 | Age: +1.5 (Junior)

Dillon Thieneman (S, Oregon, 86.0) — Film: 84.5 | Age: +1.5 (Junior)

Peter Woods (DL, Clemson, 85.5) — Film: 84.0 | Age: +1.5 (Junior)

Mansoor Delane (CB, LSU, 85.0) — Film: 85.0 | Age: 0 (Senior)

The age adjustment reshuffles this tier. Tate (junior, +1.5) jumps to 89.0 and sits alone as the WR1. Bailey (senior, +0) holds at 88.0 on pure film dominance. Bain, Fano, and Hill — all juniors — climb to 86.5 as a cluster. Styles and Delane, both seniors, hold at their film grades.

McCoy and Thieneman both jump into this tier from 84.5 film grades thanks to the junior premium. The secondary depth in this class is absurd.

FIRST-ROUND FRINGE (82.0–84.9)

18 prospects in the combine's highest-leverage tier. Athleticism testing this week will push some into R1 and drop others to Day 2.

Caleb Banks (DL, Florida, 84.5) — Film: 85.0 | Age: -0.5 (RS Senior)

Arvell Reese (LB, Ohio State, 84.5) — Film: 83.0 | Age: +1.5 (Junior)

Jordyn Tyson (WR, Arizona State, 84.0) — Film: 83.0 | Age: +1 (RS Junior)

Olaivavega Ioane (OG, Penn State, 84.0) — Film: 83.0 | Age: +1 (RS Junior)

Antonio Williams (WR, Clemson, 84.0) — Film: 83.0 | Age: +1 (RS Junior)

Kadyn Proctor (OT, Alabama, 84.0) — Film: 82.5 | Age: +1.5 (Junior)

D'Angelo Ponds (CB, Indiana, 82.0) — Film: 80.5 | Age: +1.5 (Junior)

Caleb Lomu (OT, Utah, 82.0) — Film: 80.0 | Age: +2 (RS Sophomore)

Proctor (junior, +1.5) climbs to 84.0 — the Alabama tackle benefits from declaring early. Igbinosun (RS junior, +1) and the receiver pair of Tyson and Williams (both RS juniors) all land at 84.0. Banks (RS senior, -0.5) takes a slight hit from 85.0 film to 84.5 composite.

THE COMBINE MOVERS (78.0–81.9)

22 prospects in the range where combine performance creates the biggest board movement.

Jacob Rodriguez (LB, Texas Tech, 81.5) — Film: 82.0 | Age: -0.5 (RS Senior)

Daylen Everette (CB, Georgia, 81.5) — Film: 81.5 | Age: 0 (Senior)

Monroe Freeling (OT, Georgia, 81.5) — Film: 80.0 | Age: +1.5 (Junior)

Connor Lew (OC, Auburn, 81.5) — Film: 80.0 | Age: +1.5 (Junior)

Aaron Anderson (WR, LSU, 79.0) — Film: 78.0 | Age: +1 (RS Junior)

Cashius Howell (EDGE, Texas A&M, 78.5) — Film: 79.0 | Age: -0.5 (RS Senior)

Akheem Mesidor (DL, Miami (FL), 78.5) — Film: 79.0 | Age: -0.5 (RS Senior)

Avieon Terrell (CB, Clemson, 78.5) — Film: 77.0 | Age: +1.5 (Junior)

Plus 4 more in this tier on the full board.

Branch (junior, +1.5) climbs to 81.0 — a sub-4.3 40 this week would rocket him past 85 territory when combine grades factor in. Lemon (RS junior, +1) and Cooper (RS junior, +1) both get modest bumps.

DAY 2 VALUE (70.0–77.9)

58 prospects in the deepest part of the board — dynasty managers should be paying closest attention here.

Lee Hunter (DL, Texas Tech, 77.5) — Film: 78.0 | Age: -0.5 (RS Senior)

Caleb Tiernan (OT, Northwestern, 77.5) — Film: 78.0 | Age: -0.5 (RS Senior)

Chris Bell (WR, Louisville, 76.0) — Film: 76.0 | Age: 0 (Senior)

Kevin Coleman Jr. (WR, Missouri, 76.0) — Film: 76.0 | Age: 0 (Senior)

Simpson (senior, 75.5) holds — both scouts see first-round arm talent at Day 2 draft capital. Beck (RS junior, +1) bumps to 75.0. Allar (junior, +1.5) climbs to 74.0. The QB class below Mendoza remains fascinating and combine-dependent.

The tight end group — Sadiq, Trigg, Endries, Stowers — all sit between 73 and 76. Elite athleticism testing this week could shift any of them a full round.

FIVE COMBINE STORYLINES TO WATCH

1.The QB Combine Shuffle

Mendoza's composite is locked at 92.0. Below him, Simpson (75.5), Beck (75.0), Allar (74.0), Nussmeier (71.5), and Klubnik (75.5) are separated by 4 points — a strong throwing session or elite athleticism from any of them creates a shakeup.

2.Zachariah Branch's 40-Yard Dash

Branch at 81.0 composite is a Day 2 prospect. Branch with a confirmed 4.28 is a first-round pick. No prospect's draft stock is more tied to a single drill.

3.Tight End Testing

13 scouted tight ends, zero consensus first-rounders. The combine sorts this group. Sadiq's athleticism, Trigg's movement skills, and Klare's size-speed combo could all shift picks by a full round.

4.The Ohio State Showcase

Five Buckeyes in the top 25 — Downs (95.5), Tate (89.0), Styles (86.0), plus Igbinosun and McDonald. Styles running sub-4.5 at 230+ makes him a consensus top-15 pick.

5.Dynasty RB Market

Love at 90.0 composite is the clear RB1. Singleton (84.0) is close enough to challenge with elite testing. Allen, Claiborne, and Coleman are all RB3 candidates whose combine performance determines whether 2026 is a one-back or three-deep dynasty class.
